On July 11, 2006, Roma Financial Corporation concluded its Initial Public Offering and began trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "ROMA." Roma Financial Corporation is the parent of Roma Bank.

0n July 16, 2010, Roma Bank officially completed the acquisition and merger of Sterling Bank into Roma Bank. With this merger, Roma Bank expanded its footprint in southern New Jersey with ten additional branches in Burlington and Camden counties. Roma Bank has 24 full-service offices with $1.7 billion in assets.
September 20, 2010 marked Roma Bank's 90th anniversary of service to the community. Over the past nine decades the bank has been sustained by its four pillars of strength, loyalty, wisdom and vision. As we continue to grow, these pillars will remain the bedrock of our foundation.
